We built our dispatch around the 10am cut-off. Six trucks, one depot in Malaga, and a standing rule: if you book before 10am we run it on today's schedule.
No rush fee, no surcharge. Same-day is the flat price, not a premium.
How the same-day cut-off actually works
Our trucks leave the yard at 6am with a preloaded run. Bookings that came in the day before get dropped first, usually between 7am and 10am.
Bookings that come in between 7am and 10am on the day slot into the 11am-4pm window. After 10am we start building the next day's run.
The earlier you call, the earlier you get the bin
If you want a 7am drop for a weekend reno, call by 3pm the day before. Book Friday afternoon for a Saturday morning drop and you're first on the run.
When same-day matters most
Most people who need same-day aren't planning. They've just hit a problem that needs the rubbish gone by tonight.
